Complaint Review: RMD Management

RMD Management Aka, Cottonwood Creek Apts Wrongfully evicted, I gave Kelly 30 day notice. Kelly KNEW I had 2 dogs, RMD Management charged me $250.00 back pet rent. Had a roommate at the time....I kicked him out ,because roomate was intentionally gave my dogs something that made them deathly ill. Menasha Wisconsin

 On September 1, 2010 , myself and my roommate moved into (((REDACTED))). Myself and roommate signed ALL forms... The lease, the pet policy, and the vacancy form. My roommate ,Jerry was horrible to my dogs....I asked him to move out June 1 2011. The utilities were in his name. He finally moved out June 10, 2011. I paid June's rent of $595. On June 10 2011 I paid a $575.00 security deposit. Kelly KNEW I had 2 dogs all this time, I spoke often with Kelly.Jerry got very mad and told Kelly many lies, and Kelly believed him. Kelly then reports to Eric that I have 2 dogs...Eric sends me a Voluntary Termination of Tenancy. It read that I violated the pet policy....he then jacked up the rent to $620.00... I couldn't afford that, so I gave Kelly my notice to vacate on July 24,2011. RMD MANAGEMENT decides to proceed with eviction...my roommate Jerry from this , because Eric put it all on me. I was taken to court for $1135.00. $250.00 for 2nd dog being there. $595.00 July rent . $200.00 July late fee. Me and roommate spilt the first months rent, and security deposit! Kelly said that Jerry wrote out the check ,therefore he keeps his security deposit !! RMD Management allowed him to walk away Scot free. RMD MANAGEMENT. did not hold Jerry accountable for anything ! Eric even called me Christmas Eve asking for money !!! When I moved , I cleaned the apt, we were both smokers...Just a horrible situation for me. If 2 adults are on the lease....both should be held accountable !! Not so with RMD MANAGEMENT or Kelly McClone. This eviction is on MY record .....it needs to be taken off my court record. Stop destroying people's lives financially , and emotionally.
