RMG Jewelrers Supply Antique Supply Charge to credit card but no merchadise sent, can't contact, Internet

I never received the merchandise that I ordered from them.  I could not get a reply even though I contacted them by phone and email.  By phone I only got messages.  When I emailed them at their listed email address it was rediredted to another address.  I reported them to Google (Google Checkout).  They reported that they no longer allow RMG Jewelers Supply to process orders using Google Checkout. They advised me to contact my credit card-issuing bank to request a chargeback.  It took a lot of time to do all of this but I have just received notice that the credit card company has credited my account for this charge.
