I paid Reggie / Charles Newman II $1500 for the materials to repair a small roof, add gutters, and replace a window.
Unfortunately he cashed the check out and never did any work and now will now answer his phone.
I filed a police report and the officer said he has a history of "home improvement scams". I found an elderly couple in the next town over that he took $1700 from and never did any work. This company operates under the name of RN Home Repair and uses the cell phone number os 812-589-3432

Here are the updates for 9-16-16
1. This company has started using a new phone number. The new number they are using is 812-598-1055 I believe it is answered by the person who left the rebuttal.
2. A third victim that is out $3,600 has come forward. Myself and the other victim are collecting information.
3. The warrick county case has been moved to Vanderburgh county.
4. From what I hear this company is still actively seeking appointments on Craigslist and getting "down payments" from customers where there is never a plan to provide any services.

You say that he will not answer his phone now, also that he was going to start work the next day. Well you haven't told why he didn't start the day as promised. You failed to mention that he had to go out of town because his wife's grandmother is passing away. You also failed to mention that HE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT with you every step of the way. As far as him not answering his phone that is false. He has been in contact with you non stop. As a matter of fact this morning told you he would give you a cashiers check. You have been RUDE since he agreed to do the work for you. I know this first hand because I have seen all of the text messages between the two of you. If I was a contractor I would not work for a person like you. YOu have no decency or respect for people. So everything you have said in this statement has been false.
