Road Rash Apparel Did not get what I ordered and did not get my money back Internet
I ordered 2 items from http://www.roadrashapparel.com on December 18, 2007. I received an email from their customer service dept cs@roadrashapparel.com) stating my order was completed on December 21, 2007.
The first item arrived January 11, 2008, it was supposed to be a 5 piece set but only came with 3 pieces. I emailed and emailed and called. NO REPONSE. I finally get an email on January 16, 2008 saying we changed the item to a 3 piece set on January 8, 2008 so too bad. Oh and by the way no refund either.
The second item has not arrived and the only thing their customer service emails in response is a duplicate e-mail of your order was completed on December 21, 2007.
This online store is a rip off. You will not get what you ordered and you will not get your money back either.
