Road Riders Jewels Fraud, lack of communication, delay of service, failure to comply with contract , Internet
My Club placed an order with this company on 11/17/2011 for custom jewelry in the amount of $1,289.25. We were told the order would be delivered in 30-60 days. It is now 07/02/2012 and the product has not been received. The owner, Elizabeth Smith, will not communicate via phone or email attempts.
A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau and was closed as "unresolved" because the company failed to respond with anything other than excuses. A Club representative went to the business address and it is a residence without ANY business affiliation.
A complaint has been filed with the Maryland Attorney General's Office and by the end of this week, a suit will be filed through the District Court of Maryland. We are not unique, as we have another Club that we are very close with in Nebraska that are experiencing the exact same issue with this business.

The actual name of the company (term used loosely) is Road Rider Jewels, also doing business as RRJD and Unique to Chic Jewels, Inc. I apologize for the incorrect name (Riders) prior. Today, 07/02/2012 I have spoken to two other motorcycle clubs that have experienced the exact same scenario. It now appears that there are going to be multiple suits filed against this company.
