ZERO STARS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Original Post: Shipped my truck from VA to FL. Service before and during was fine, because I was flexible. However, the contractor that delivered my truck did about $1000+ worth of damage to the roof. I got two estimates and submitted all the required paperwork to RoadRunner. Three months later I'm still waiting! I've called numerous times and have left many messages. Elizabeth ****** is supposedly in charge of claims, but all I've gotten from her since the paperwork went in, was one e-mail thanking me for my patience. BS! Industry norm is to have everything resolved and the customer paid in less than 30 days. They've blown me off like a fart in a hurricane.

Update: It is now past Christmas (2017). My truck was shipped and damage in August. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and still received nothing but lip service from this rolling ripoff service.

E-mail received December 28, 2017: This email is regarding the damages to the 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Please be advised, I will be in contact with you regarding the claim before the end of business day. I truly apologize for the amount of time this has taken. I look forward to being in contact with you. (no contact from company)

Comment from the Business:We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced. Unfortunately at times claims can take longer then expected if we are not provided with the proper documentation from the carrier used for transport. we apologize for the delay and do appreciate your patience. Management will be following up with you shortly to give you and update on the status of your claim.

My comment: 100% lip service only. The "follow-up" consisted of another form letter apology for the delay. My truck was damaged while being shipped by this company in August 2017. All paperwork concerning the damage was filed in August 2017 in accordance with their claims requirements. Their insurance should have paid in August or no later than September. It is now almost 2018. I had to pay for the repairs they caused to my truck out of pocket ($1000+) and still have no check. Shady practices, non-existent customer service. I will do everything I can to dissuade anyone from doing business with this company.
