Roadmoto Will not reimburse us money we used to fix there inoperable and unsafe trailer. Duarte CA
We rented a trailer from roadmoto. The trailer had no working breaks, the spare tire was shredded. We contacted roadmoto to get it fixed and they would not come pickup the trailer or have anyone come fix it, so they asked us to have a mechanic come fix it and they would reimburse us for the repairs. We had one mechanic come out without being able to fix the trailer at a cost of $900 including a new spare tire.
We called Ryan at his number who is the supposed manager +1 (818) 599-4656 who authorized us to have a second mechanic come out who charged us $500 to try and fix the trailer.. after two mechanics could not get the breaks working we had to return the trailer. We have contacted roadmoto about our reimbursement and they have ignored phone calls and emails about our reimbursement. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY
