Okay I read someone elses report and I had to double check that I didn't write that report. The person who wrote the report before me took the words right out of my mouth. These are criminals who hide behind a license that grants them the privilege to remove cars from properties at the discretion of the property owner. However it is usually the owner calling the towing company to have them extract the cars. In this case however the property owner never called the towing company. When I called the property owner and confronted them on this issue they explained to me that this towing company came to them asking them for permission to tow cars on their property. The property owner gave them permission and did not set up any guidelines or contract. So what this towing company does is they send their spotters out to find out how many cars are abandon on the lot and when they feel they have enough cars to tow they tow them all at once and bank the next morning. Right now I am suing them and it is becoming a long process. I have even reported them to the agency that has given them the license. Oh and let me add a little something. The next morning when I go to pick my car up I show up to the business at 9am. The business was abandon and wide open to the public. Private information was exposed and computers and servers were accessible to anyone who walked in. Upon further investigation of the vacant premise we noticed empty beer cans lying around. The place was practically a dump and what stood out to me the most was their sign at the front door saying "Smile you're on camera". Kinda ironic since the towing company claims they have me on camera leaving the property which was their justification for towing my car. I never left the property and I even had receipts to prove it.
