Return Policy for Roadsideimports

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sat, November 19, 2011

First off my name has no bearing on my business that is a legal LLC, so www.ripoffreport.com will soon have a letter from my lawyer stating this and will face a lawsuit for including my name on a business that is legally its own entity under the law.  So that is a warning to the soon to come legal action my company will take unless you remove this and follow the guidelines of protection under an LLC.

To address the matter of my return policy, I do accept returns from customers for defective items, I request that they file a RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) this is pretty common for companies because I need to be able to figure out who the return is from and what the problem is.  The particular person that filed this case did not follow the RETURN POLICY and they did not return the item to me.  I accept damaged items back but they are inspected for abuse and misuse from the buyer, sadly fraud is a huge matter and many buyers attempt to return items they buy from other sellers, so merely taking the word of someone that the item is damaged is not my policy, it is strictly stated in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS that RETURNS must be done correctly with an RMA and returned to the business address and once looked at and inspected a replacement item is sent or a credit is issued.
