We purchased a Vacation" program that promised to get us prices like travel agents. In fact they said we would get the same abilities except we would not need a license. I did some checking on the internet the very next day and found that the items they claimed as being so low were priced much higher than I discovered on the internet without their Package. They told us under Missouri law we could not cancel the contract or get a refund, so I waited to return to Minnesota from our vacation to contact the Minnesota Attorney Generals office only to be told they could do little to help. I have called Roark several times to attempt a refund and they refuse to return my calls. I then called Travel Service Network the provider of the service Roark was selling. I spoke to the VP and she stated all T.S.N. could do is encourage the sales company to work with us. It has been almost three months and no one is willing to help. We lost $3453.00 on this package and I recently found with another company with almost and exact duplicate at $199.00 (the other company is Eniva ). Stay away from anyone selling T.S.N. or Travel Service Network.
