Complaint Review: Roas Hybrid Repair

Found this company on Craiglist. Texted the number listed. The person responded fairly quick. He sent someone out to my house to repair my prius whose hybrid battery was going bad. Sent a (Hispanic guy, ~5'7, < 35 years old) guy out in a green jeep cherokee (License plate ***Y-46) with what seems to be his girlfriend (Hispanic woman < 35 year old). He came a looked at my car. Said right away that it was the battery. He removed the battery from my car, placed it in his car and said he will be back in a couple hour. I should have known something was up when this happened. So he took the battery and ended up coming back a few hours later like he had said. He reinstalled the battery and then said keep the car on for 30 minutes. I left the car on for 30 minutes and then turned it off and didnt touch it for the rest of the day. The next day I take the car out and within 10 minutes, the same warning lights came on. I texted the guy and told him something is still wrong. He said I can come look at it tomorrow after 6. That was the last I heard from him a week ago. He wont return my text messages. He wont return calls. His mailbox is full so you cant leave a message. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. HES A SCAM ARTIST. If you are having repairs done to your car and someone shows up in a green jeep, RUN!
