Steele Property Group was hired by my clients to build a new custom home after touring a previous build he had completed. He quoted a price based on client specifications and they moved forward with him. As the build began several red flags arrose as no subs would show up for days, materials would not be delivered and overall everything seemed to be going very slow.
Over time the customers discovered leins had been placed on the house for invoices that previous draws were intended for and work contineud to trickle along. In the end the builder was removed and replaced with money missing and my commission unpaid. I would tell anyone looking to build with him that he is not trustworthy and is not capbable of completing the job.
