This guy, Robbie Peron, likes to pretend that he is a movie producer and he's not. He likes to act like he knows everyone who's everyone and he's this respected comic. He's not.
He failed.
Yeah, he started with guys who made it, but he ain't one of them. They don't return this mother's calls. They might be polite to him when they see him, but ain't no one attached to any of his scripts. No way, no how. They certainly don't hire him. How many movies have his "friends" made without him. You would think if he was friends with these people they would have hired him at least once by now, but they haven't. He ain't sh*t. He's a no talent ding dong, that's all.
He's just a loser who wants treated like he's DeNiro, but he ain't s***. He failed. And his stuff ain't good.
He likes to act like he can get a movie made, like he has access to all this money. He said 5 million in funds. He doesn't have s**t. His star meter might be 5 million, but his bank account doesn't have 5 million. No way. I saw his car. He's f'ing broke. He ain't sh*t, but he acts like he can make your movie and get stars, but he can't. He asked me for my script and a business plan and information on my investor and then it turns out he had nothing to offer. I put so much work into the package i prepared for him. I took time off work and drove across town, only to find out he can't do nothing. And he tried to get my people to work on his stuff because he knows he can't do nothing. He embarrassed me in front of my friends and relatives who thought he was in it to our project made. He's like 55 and still doesn't have to resources to get stuff made. He's a loser.
Stay focused on your dream and don't waste your time on this dude. He might walk around the Improv like he's a big deal, but he's not. He just runs an open mic once a week. I'm not sure why he takes meetings left and right pretending to be able to get people's films made, but he can't. Don't let him waste your time and energy.
I'm sure everyone finds him out eventually anyhow, but he wasted my time and I don't want hm to waste yours.

This report is in regards to stand up comic Robbie Peron. I've worked with Rob Peron several times. He is an okay comic, but he's definitely not a producer. He likes to think he's a big shot. But he's not.
He has performed at the Icehouse in Pasadena, the Comedy Store in Hollywood, The Improv, The Laugh Factory, and various casinos, but he is no big shot. He has minor credits, but has managed to share the stage with some famous comics. He has pix to prove it, but that doesn't mean he's in their league in regards to talent.
It doesn't mean he can attach them to a film and it certainly doesn't make him a film or television producer. He's mostly a bullshit artist and a small time con man. Don't waster your time working with him. He's usually too stupid to con people so he normally just wastes your time, but a lot of people in LA are desperate and some do fall prey to people like Robbie.
Don't be one of them. Avoid him. I've also seen him try to strong arm people into working with him - don't fall for this either. Just say you'll call him with some dates then blow him off. He's a big guy and not worth fighting with. Just blow him off. Kill him with kindness. And don't let him waste your time.
