I went to Robbies to get my collision work done. My passenger window glass was not moving because of accident but it was not reported and cover in my insurance and finally i have to pay for it. The story begins from here the guy name Jim in the repair shop gave me estimate of $230 to repair the window glass at passenger side(it was not going up and down). I was OK to pay $230 and took my first appointment on May 15th,2011. He was suppose to give back the car after 3 days and when i asked him to pick the car on 3rd day he said there is some wiring porblem and need to fix it but since i wanted the car to go to work i picked it up and took the next appointment after a week. I went again and again 5 times to his repair shop which is 12 miles from my home. I have to take one family member and 2 cars with me all the time. He charged me $100 on my cedit card as advance. After i picked up the car second last time the window was working by pressing the switch only from passenger side not from driver side. But, i took the car again to repair shop to fix it completely. Finally, He said that he could not fix the problem completely and aksed me to pay around $540 but finally after a long negotiation he agreed for $400. He said to fix the problem completely it will be more charges.
I felt ripped off by paying $400 for a small proble in window glass and took 2days off from work 5 round tript to his repiar shop. My window glass is still not moving from driver side and the back window glass is not moving at all.
I was not satisfied with the work and will never go back there. I recommend you to stay away from Robbies any of your auto repair work. They will charge you double of the estimate they give you initially.

This client had a 2003 Honda Odyssey. It came to us with three power windows not working. This electrical problem had multiple, successive, electrical component failures. We followed a step by step diagnostic process which required replacing a failed component and then proceeding to the next step. We only charged a fraction of the time that we invested in this repair. We ultimately refunded our client $300.00 as a Goodwill gesture. We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation and the quality repairs that we perform.
