Complaint Review: Robele Career Solutions

I was dismayed to find this site and that an employee of Robele wrote to defend the company. Of course, she is making big bucks off of those who are being swindled.

I signed on with Robele in the summer of 2002. I met with a VP in Morristown, New Jersey. I understood everything that they were going to do. What they said they would do and have done are completely opposite. This VP promised "networking" and "job creating working with Robele's client companies." Any networking reference provided me was probably someone that a Robele staffer casually met at a career fair and had a card. NOT ONE contact every landed and interview, let alone a return call.

The VP thought there would be no problem in getting me placed that September. Then it was February. Well here it is January 2004 and no job.

The job coach in Morristown became pregnant and has not been backfilled. So, clients have to start with a new coach.

The service you basically get is resume rewrites (some poorly done or not what you had discussed) and mailing of letters. You are handed the list of people mailed a letter and follow up with them. You be better off going to companies and applying directly or using the newspaper classified.

I lost thousands of dollars and believe that I have been totally defrauded. I plan to contact any state official to have these companies regulated. ROBELE = FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE!
