I found the claim by Kiernan in Morristown - Too Late! As of this January 2005 - Robele reported that they had filed for bankruptcy - which in business terms is: The company keeps your money and protects the owners assets. The report written by Kiernan of Morristown was similar except for the details. I only wish I had seen this report in June 2004 when I was searching - which I did research through the BBB - and there were NO complaints at that time. Kiernan of Morristown's report was submitted in November of 2004. My check had already been cashed.

I signed on with Robele in the summer of July 2004. I met with a VP, Lonnie Lauer, in Morristown, New Jersey. I understood everything that they were going to do. What they said they would do and have done are completely opposite. This VP promised "networking" and "job creating working with Robele's client companies." NO networking was provided. The strategy was not followed by the coach. Complaints to the VP were not acknowledged. Because of the amount of money I paid for the service, I persisted to try to make it work - walking away did not make sense ... obviously, it did for Robele.

The VP thought there would be no problem in getting me placed within 3 - 9 months. I found work on my own in January 2005. Not the job we were targetting. If by sharing my experience, it will help other Robele clients come forward and possibly some form legal action could be taken - so be it.

The coach that was assigned to me seemed to have memory issues, three personal sessions, of which some topics and tasks had to be repeated. I had to follow-up with the coach repeatedly.

A list of headhunters/recruiters - nationally was provided, but none worked in my professional target market - and of the list of 40, eleven came back undeliverable.

The job coach in Morristown became ill early in October 2004 during my search and was backfilled by someone in another state and was not easy to reach. I decided to wait. So, when he returned, which was in November 2004 - the company did finally complete two mailings between Thanksgiving and New Years. Between the mailings and my phone calls, the efforts yeilded nothing.

The resume service provided was basically a cut and paste of my resume that I provided,. The forms and worksheets that I completed were not used.

I lost thousands of dollars and believe that I have been totally defrauded. The client from Morristown, indicated that he was going to contact a government official - I had taken similar action with the Attorney General in Texas regarding Medicaid fraud with a firm in TX, which I ahd worked. I was contacted 17 months after I had reported it. ROBELE = FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE! - This warning is too late, unfortunately. How do we keep track of the owners and management that once worked for Robele and where they are now - They must be watched, listed, whatever, to avoid this happening again.

Bankruptcy provides that they - Robele, protect themselves and they have the opportunity now to do it again, under a new company name!

It seems like there are alot of us out there that want to file a class action law suit against Robele. I know of a class action lawyer. I know that they work on a contingency fee, so it wouldn't cost anything until a settlement is reached and they take a percentage of the settlement. I have emailed him the details and he will get back to me when he returns from vacation next week. So hang in there everyone. How many of you are in?

Class Action Anyone?

#6Consumer Suggestion

Mon, February 28, 2005

I would be interested in organizing a class action lawsuit against Robele. What we need to do is prove that fraud has taken place, which as I understand it would then allow us to "pierce the corporate veil" and go after the personal assets of Robele's management team, e.g. David Schwartz, despite any corporate claim of bankruptcy. My Email address is ken_steinberg@yahoo.com. Please contact me only if you're willing to pony up some money for an attorney. I don't know how much is involved but that's the only way it's going to work.

GO TO THE COURTS!!!

You want your money back? Do you want to see if you can also receive damages? Well you need to begin to decide how badly you really want to receive your money back and bring these LOLIFE- THIEFS to justice.

1st the best way is to file a PROOF OF CLAIM with the bankruptcy court.

2nd (probably best option if you all can get together as a big team)get an attorney involved. Her/His payment will be part of the settlement.

YOU DECIDE! Cry about it, or do something!

HINT: To get a group together, someone needs to create an email account, and everyone needs to communicate with each other through that email.

Who is the leader to begin this process?
