WARNING!!

These guys are going to ruin your property!

Robert A Zak (aka Rob, aka Robertito, aka Tito, and who knows how else he is called) 35-39 years old. This individual, so called owner of Zak Home Services lives at 10504 Osceola Dr. in New Port Richey, Florida. Cross this one on the phonebook and pass the word as he is the most unprofessional guy you could find.

He did misuse all my paint. Painted with the wrong color in the wrong walls, even entire rooms! If that is not enough, he (and his littlebrother I believe Luis is his name) stained with paint most of my ceilings (up to 2 inches from the wall!). They also lived deep scratches on my marble counter in the kitchen, obviously by walking on top of it. The drainage of my kitchen sink was clogged with remains of their cleaning. But somehow I am glad, because it could be easily worse. Because when, unexpectedly, I went to check my new place out I found them, one sitting in my back yard with another beer (several cans where in the kitchen), and the other sleeping, and I mean completely passed out on top of my counter top in the kitchen. May be they worked so hard in the morning, so at lunch time they needed to drink something with it and after that they did fill like smoking, so they did in a glass pipe.

Needless to say I fired them in the spot.

The carpet and hardwood floor installers had to re-schedule because I had to call some other guys to re-do all the painting (and I mean ALL-THE-PAINTING). The whole event cost me few thousand dollars and almost three weeks behind schedule, plus the worries of thinking they may catch someone else as they did to me.
