Ripping you off for tips! My Husband treated my Daughter and I to a Spa Day. They allowed my Husband to prepay our Spa Day and tips but when we arrived, they told us that the tips had not been paid so, we paid tips a second time. And, this is not the first time that we have double paid the tips. We are just now realizing that this is how they operate.
Tried having a conversation with Sarah, a Manager who was going to have Jennifer, the General Manager to contact us and to date, we have not heard from Sarah or Jennifer. Also tried several times to reach Melissa Eppinger, the Owner and she also chooses to not return calls. Although the services here are decent, the Management here is poor. Be warned!
