He was a most worst boss I met.
Initially he agreed to give me 3 years contract.
During the time of the contract, I felt not happy in his group, then found another contract, when I talked to him to leave, he disagreed and got the company, boss of the new contract, 1 week later, the new company told me the position no longer existed.
2 months after this happen, Robert Balch told me he could not support me any more.
Then I found a new job, 4 months after I worked in that new job, Robert Balch knew my new job location, then my new job losed again.

I have had over 40 graduate students, and while a few did not complete their degrees, none left on terms described in this report. I am baffled as to who this could be. The report was brought to my attention by other students who thought it was so ridiculous it was humorous.
