Complaint Review: Robert Beague

I purchased two Apple iPhone 3G 8GB months ago from Robert Beague. He used to have a website called etroniks.com. I paid him via alert pay $850.00. He told me he had the phones at his house and would ship the next day after I received payment. Everyday he had a different excuse why he could not ship the phones. I then agreed to let him pay me by making profit off of items he sold from me. He eventually stopped responding even after I told him I was contacting the proper authorities. Alert Pay did not do anything to recover my money.
