It seems as though this woman (Sammie Gordon, if you can call her that, "woman"), goes through life with such hate for anyone that won't play her little games. I know the both of these people, and I know for a fact that Sammie has made Stephanie's life for her and her children a living hell.

I have seen so many of Steph's e-mails sent by Sammie-it's scary. She would threaten her everytime she tried to see her kids. This is definitely the "Evil Stepmother."

She lies, bullies, tells so many stories about EVERYONE, you just couldn't imagine how someone could go through life like that. I was friends with Stephanie for years before Sammie came into the picture. Stephanie has never lived in filth, has always cooked and cleaned, so these atrocious accusations about her ar definitely false. I really feel sorry for Steph, that she and her family have to put up with this kind of threaten, harassing abuse from someone that is obviously jealous of her.

See Sammie has run everyone out of her life, she has nobody, and she is back to her old tricks of picking on people. Her terroristic ways are just atrocious, and no one should be subject to her.

I did by the way look up her record in Lee and Collier County, and Stephanie did not lie, in fact Sammie has a hearing tomorrow morning on felony charges in Collier. She also was caught driving on a suspended DL 3/27/12, so I think she was mistaken when she was talking about Steph. Steph's DL looks like it was only suspended once for 1 DUI. I looked you both up.

Also, I contacted the State of Oklahoma, and they didn't have any record of Steph getting into any trouble, never a warrant, arrest, nothing. Confused, but that is obviously another made up story on Sammie's part. On another note, I was also there the day Steph moved out of her home in Ft. Myers, I helped her move, it was I believe May 2003. The day Aaron past away.

So why don't you just leave her and her family alone. You obviously don't want to be with Bob, and the kids are innocent. And I doubt very seriously Steph has contacted you. If she responded to something on here, that's what this sit is for. But when you trash someone with made up stories, and talk about someone's kids, that is toooo much, and you have gone to far.

To begin with, Stephanie left Bob in 2002, she says not, but I have that proof as well, you see I don't talk just to feel my a*s wiggle, I can back up what I say with undeniable proof, not false reports, or arrest reports, because Stephanie has her share of those, not to mention domestic violence issues with her boyfriends' family, and Oklahoma legal issues for buying a truck, and using her mom's name and then there are the domestic issues in Pennsylvania, Florida and the DUI's in Florida as well.  So you see, Stephanie's problems are far worse than mine, especially when you finish reading this rebuttal. 

She left her husband and two small children in 2002 for another man, a man that did not want the children either, so like a "GOOD MOTHER" she leaves her kids and moves in with JR Magruda, thinking she is a queen, living the high life.  She lived in a condo in a gated community that was so disgustingly filthy, friend's of her husband's whom Stephanie hired to clean got violently sick to their stomachs because of the mess.  She left a 3 year old and a 16 month old behind with a man that can't find his underwear much less has any idea of what to do with kids.  He is and has been very abusive to the younger one because the girl who is getting ready to turn 13 is a sociopath, this is not made up it is confirmed in mental health reports as well as reports with DCFS.  Bob calls it spoiled brat syndrom, when she has actually been diagnosed with the following; Narcissistic personality disorder, Histrionic personality disorder, Attachment disorder and Conduct disorder.  When you look up the symptoms of Attachment disorder the daughter has 11 of the classic symptoms.  Stephanie did not leave because she wanted a divorce from Bob, she left for another man, and left her kids behind, making the claim that there was more to life than diapers and bottles.  If it had been solely about divorce then she would not have hung onto the possibility of getting back with Bob 4 years after leaving as well as coming and going many times after initially leaving, Bob was and still is an idiot for putting any faith into such a prolific liar.  A liar that is so good at it that she now believes her own lies, now I know where her daughter gets the mental illness from, after all the fruit does not fall far from the tree.  If it had been about divorce then the divorce would have immediately happened, instead, she held the papers until Bob lied to her to get them so he could finish his loan on the house that he bought in 1977, the house that Stephanie never cleaned when she lived there and never paid the first dime for anything while there.  In 1977 Stephanie was 6 years old.

As for me abusing your kids, I lived with your kids longer than you ever have, or will, shall I bring up the email you sent me the first time that they ever spent any time with you, at your place out of state?  You know the email that you sent calling your daughter the Princess b***h!  Your children were disciplined, not abused, they have a sexual interest in each other, and your daughter is and has been overly sexually interested in men since I met her at the age of 6, again just like her mother.  They were given bed times and taught how to eat with utensils, they were to say please and thank you, as well as learning to use toilet paper, yes, that got spankings, and a pop in the mouth when they needed it as for abuse though, they never were and most of the spankings came from Bob, not me.  If I had spanked them as much as they needed they would not be able to sit until their 21st birthdays.  They were also informed as well as Bob while in counseling that I could spank them as long as I did not use excessive or deadly force and another thing you need to think about, you never lived with them, as for 2010 you had not seen them in 3 years, you are behind in child support, and you don't bother with them on their birthdays or any other time.  I did not know you existed until the day that Bob and I got engaged and you showed up with JR at the house, to take the kids to dinner.  Bob has despised you for years, he is just too stupid to not be a hypocrit, your kids hate you especially the daughter that is you.  You have no excuses, a mom does not walk out and leave her kids for another man. 

You keep making the claim that my son got a no contact order in court against me, you are full of s**t, that was thrown out and it was his dad, like you being a liar and the judge scolded and threw out the complaint.  My aunt, she and I have been back in each other's lives for years now, so that is a mute point as well.  My son is a Marine, my daughter is going to college in the fall and the Navy in two years as an officer.  Your kids none of them will ever amount to anything more than trailer park trash.  Your daughter will be pregnant by 16, and your youngest son, is as gay as the day is long, he will bring his boyfriend home in high school.  As for your oldest, if he is not in jail yet, he will be, as for abuse your oldest is the one that you beat the hell out of in a bar, what a wimp he must be, I would have broken your neck, all you are is a bully full of hot, stinking air.  Every time you have started a fight you have ended up in jail after your a*s whipping.  Keep that in mind.  You are a jealous as well as despicable person, a pathetic parent, liar and a drug user, with the idea that everyone owes you something.

Let's get to the liar loan claim.  You don't know what a liar loan is, I have never done a liar loan, not for myself or anyone else, my loans have always been hard money, Bob's mortgage was hard money refinanced into non conventional, a loan that he screwed up, because the b*****d has not worked since 1999.  You cannot count selling drugs for Norman a job.  He lied on his application for the Harley, and now he is in trouble over that as well.  So, before you attempt to slam me, get your facts straight. 

You are a dead beat mom, your child support speaks for itself.  You have never been there for your kids and if you are now it won't last long.  You point fingers at me while you have three pointing back at you, you make claims about my kids, especially my son, and you have no clue.  You did not know about me when I met Bob, so how are you going to tell me that I was living in my car like a Gypsy?  You idiot, I lived with my best friend in Bonita, had a blind date with Bob and he asked me to stay, since I worked for Publix I stayed, and I kept most of my stuff in my car because the house that Bob owns is full of rats, roaches and mold, and frankly there was no place to put it, so I left it in my car and it was three boxes.  Not that this is anything that is at all your business, it is however the truth.  Keep bringing my son up and you won't like what happens to you, you don't know him, you have never met him, so shut the f**k up about him.  You should wish that any one of your three kids comes even remotely close to the kids that I have, you don't know half of the s**t I have had to put up with regarding your kids.  The kids that you did not want, the ones that you left without a second look or thought.

On a closing note, since I have the receipts for all that I paid for with regards to your kids, including keeping a roof over their heads, food, clothing and all of the incidentals, I will make sure to include you on the suit against Bob in order to recover some of my losses.  It is afterall yours and his responsibility to provide for them and since he was too depressed to be a MAN and get a job and help then it can become a court order.  Also, you made the claim that I spent his inheritance, well I have that proof as well, you see he wanted a mortgage on his parents' house and then he did not help with the payments, I let foreclosure begin, sold it and again split the proceeds with him, even though he did not honor the agreement, but then again he never does, if it does not benefit Bob, then he leaves it for someone else, really think about it, he blew through $65,000 cash from 5/2008 until 9/2008, and in that time he did nothing for his kids, he spent it all on himself, and get this your daughter's name was on the account, and it was a family trust, so you see he committed extortion from a family trust, she is a minor, and she was still co-owner of the account.  He has nothing to send either of them to college, when the mortgage was first done on his parents' house, he got $47,000 out in cash, again he did what he wanted, he paid no bills, did not help with Christmas, or the mortgage on the lake house.  He did nothing but he wanted.  It went into foreclosure forcing us to sell it and again he got nearly $10,000 and again did nothing to help with anything, just lining his pockets.  So you see, you have no room to talk about me, stop stalking me, stop trying to bully me, you b***h are biting off a great deal more than you can chew.  I will see you and him both in court.  Done with the bullshit.  Contact me again, for any reason, or in this forum and I will get an order against you myself, proving that you are a cyberbully.

STEPHANIE ANN UZAR WARNER GORDON MAGRUDA;  wants to talk about my names, she sure does not list hers.  Calls me a liar, in Oklahoma two years ago she was running from the law because she used her mother's personal information to purchase a truck.  She dumped her kids 9 years ago because she wanted money and to travel and had been sleeping with a man that she "assumed" would make her wealthy when he died, well Kharma is a b***h just like Stephanie, he has nothing other than a rundown trailer outside of Daytona.  Stephanie is used to run down through she is the epitomy of that word, one slum to another, just a slum w***e she is.  She has several Domestic violations against her, infact just last year the old fat boyfriend's brother got a restraining order against her, but does she talk about her arrests?  No, why because she is a fraud, a liar and a filthy w***e.  She wants men with money and will suck up to and suck Bob until the money man comes along, too bad she is old and tired looking now, got nothing going for her so she took her ugly a*s back to the only man pathetic enough to have her or desperate enough to take her back.

She has never been a mom to her kids, she cannot handle them and does not want them.  She will play mommy for a little bit then she will haul a*s again, typically Stephanie.  She has lost her license more times than anyone can count and has had several DUI's.

There are two sides to every story and then there is the truth, Stephanie would not know the truth if it bit her in the a*s.  I took care of her kids, Christmas, birthdays, clothes that fit, new shoes, school supplies, she did not pay child support until 2008 and then she stopped seeing the kids again, using the excuse that I wouldn't let her see them, I prayed she would take them for good, because they are mentally unbalanced, once again proven in the states' eyes, and I have the paperwork to prove it.

I can prove everything that I have to say, I can prove all that I am going through, I can prove an over turn of conviction from 10 years ago, I can prove the state of Florida will end up paying me $50,000 per year for each year wrongfully imprisoned.  I can prove my names, and I can prove that I was the bread winner, the provider of the home and I can prove that Bob is a despicable "bum", I can prove what a liar and piece of trash Stephanie is as well, and I can prove the current charges are bogus and my rights violated.  Just because you read it on an online arrest report or a mug shot paper, does not mean that the person is guilty.  If that were the case, Stephanie would be doing life.

Well Sammie's at it again. Threatening people once more. Real nut case she is. Do you know how many times I have heard how innocent she is,  her record speaks for it's self. It really is a shame that someone has to go through life acting like a out of control bully. She never admits to anything, though the courts convicted her of so much. She says that Trevino and Taylor were never her last names, though if you pull her prison conviction up, her aliases are right there!! Trevino, Doss, Brady. The Lee County Clerks office came up with Taylor, so no, I am not wrong, I have done my homework. And yes Sammie, you have wrote lair loans, you committed fraud, you have abused my children, and no I am not going to let you EVER do it again.

You are under investigation for Mortgage Fraud, Food Stamp Fraud, and a few other things. So someone who at this moment in time is out on bail, really should watch her actions.

As far as me ever getting beat up by 3 girls, that's just another bogus statement out of the mouth of a very disturbed individual. It's funny how someone (you), who was sitting in a prison cell, thinks she knows so much about somebody when in all reality, knows nothing.

See, the difference between me and you is that I have learned from my mistakes, I don't need to blame others for the things I have done. I never lived in my car, I lived in Bonita when I met Bob.  I did keep most of my belongings in my car because of my friend's dog.  As for being a scammer, that would be you, as for me being in jail, think again, the conviction will be oveturned by the summer, as for Bob getting a mortgage on his house, yes, I got him the mortgage, he could not on his own, because he had no income, and he faltered on that mortgage, just as he is currently in default. For hard money you don't need a job or credit maybe you should study a little more.  As for spending his inheritance he did that all by himself, never paid for his kids, never paid anything towards household expenses, just what he wanted, a truck, tractor with implements, a backhoe, and enormous amounts of pot.

Before you talk about an event in someone's life better get the record straight.  As for the Collier county reference, once again, you are wrong, as for me going to prison, you are the one that should be there.  Never taken care of your kids, less than minimal child support because you did not make money, sure did live high on the hog for someone who made no money, no Christmases, no birthdays, nothing, you ran like your a*s was on fire and you were wearing gasoline panties.

The person who wrote this rip off report is one of the biggest liers there are. She is a scam artist, a swindler, she has a history of fruad, including recent charges filed through the Lee County Florida Clerk of Courts. She also is a convicted felon, and has Felony charges pending in Collier County Florida. Believe me, if any of what she said were true, she would have been the first to report it. She loves to cause trouble for people, she loves to threaten people, harrass, you name it.

When she met this man, she was living in her car, living like a gypsy, and he was kind enough to let this bumb in. She has a history of obvious memory loss, because she can never tell the story the way it really is. She tends to have this off the wall imagination, that has just baffels everyone. She has no problem running a line of trash on anyone, but god forbid if you say anything about her!!

The truth is, if shes not making your life a living hell, she's not happy. Even her own son had to file an order of protection against her, as many others have had to do. She is nothing but trouble. I know for a fact that she has mentally and physically abused my children. She is an embarressment to women in general, and hopefully the Courts will put back in prison where she belongs.

It's funny how she was so miserable being married to Bob, but she had no problem with him spending all his inheritance, getting a mortgage on his parents house, making a couple of payments then having the bank forclose on it, pocketing the money from the mortgage, which she has a history of writting bogus mortgages, and letting the banks or lenders foreclose. Once again a scammer!!!

She states, that her husband has not worked since 1989, well thats BS to- but, if that was the case, how could SHE have gotten him a mortgage on his house- which she claims is hers, but in all reality, it was his before she got married, oh ya, falsification of loan docs!!!!! Her history follows her well.
