I, Robert Conz, was working with a very nice young lady looking to purchase her first home. She needed a lender. I referred her to a lender that worked in our building. During the process of working on her loan she became very upset at this lender. I tried to step in to help and only made matters worse. The lender was very angry because my client, the very nice young lady, wanted to find someone else. She was so upset there were tears. I just wanted to help her find a home, so I set up a meeting with the lenders boss. At this meeting it was determined that my client was justified in her complaint. The lenders boss told the lender to let it go. He wanted revenge and I was the outlet. I hope his life is going well and I have no hard feelings. This has been on my thoughts for a very long time.
At the time this report was written I had been in Real Estate for a little over 2 years and did not have much experience. I could have handled things differently with the knowledge I have now. I also want to say that I did not work in a gas station one year before this incident. I was a certified Master Technician with Fletcher Jones Chevrolet and was one of their top Techs. As for the comment of being a sorry excuse for a human being, WOW what a statement. No one has ever said that to me. This man was very angry because he lost a deal. I hope he is doing better and his life is on track. This has been on my thoughts for a very long time. I wanted others to know my side. I will not disclose his name because people make mistakes and should be forgiven.
