Robert Crutchfield Bob Crutchfield Nigerian Scam Posing as an Investor on Businesspartners.com Internet, California
This Scam artist is posing as a successful investor (Robert L. Crutchfield) on business partners.com.
He offered an investment in my company as a partner for thousands of dollars. Upon his initial interest i requested if we could initiate a skype call so as to authenticate his identity which i refused instantly.
After this initial refusal i became suspicious dragging him on to take as much information as possible so as i can locate his point of origin.
3 days later i ask him if he could call me having connected a trace unit on my phone to locate his service providers. Not to my surprise i found that it was a virtual company on the internet (bandwidth.com) that offered the phone service. So i contacted them and asked for details on the owner of the account, while doing so i ordered an IP trace on his email address as well.
The results were he lives in Nigeria, Lagos city and was a scam artist with a past history. If contacted by this person do not give him any details.
