This attorney should be disbarred. I am not done with him yet. The sky is the limit for what I will do to retaliate against him for lying and stealing $4000 from me for doing no services. He is bizzarre and will get his in the end. You'd be better off going to a cut-rate legal clinic than this jerk off. He is all about the money, and will take you for a ride. I wouldn't trust this guy with anything. Maybe he is skilled in his profession, but he will lie and cheat to get his money, as that is all he cares about. He is so unethical that it has caused me personal grief and sadly he has intentionally inflicted emotional damage, and I swear I will not rest until he gets what he deserves for being a disgusting money grubbing scumbag that he is. He lies repeatedly, and although he has apparently helped many clients in Las Vegas, he has caused me emotional grief that I cannot recover from. I want my $4000 back and I will end my tirade against him. He has refused to refund my $4000 for work he never did, he lied, and he knows what he did. I believe in my heart that he is not a good person, and takes advantage of people in need. I don't care how he retaliates against me, he cannot understand just how angry I really am. For a lousy $4000 he sold his soul to the devil. What the f*k is wrong with these attorneys, for every 5 good and ethical attorneys, there are many more disgusting money grubbing assholes with no ethics. How this guy can live with himself is beyone me.

Tax Law Center has an excellent reputation and Robert Grossman has been practicing tax law for approximately 40 years without incident.
In this matter, complaintant's brother was already a convicted felon when he arrived in our office in May 2006. The brother contracted with Tax Law Center for $4000 plus the initial consultation and substantial work was done in regard to his tax situation. The agreement was for a flat fee which covers all hours worked. The brother was advised that if he failed to file he risked arrest. The brother failed to head the advice and was subsequently indicted, arrested and placed in the North Las Vegas jail and awaits trail in October 2010. In October 2007 complaintant's mother paid $10,000 towards the brother's defense, this agreement was to be billed on an hourly basis. The brother again declined representation and all unused monies were returned to his mother within days of our being retained. In April 2009, the brother was indicted for tax evasion. In May 2009 complaintant contacted us and demanded monies back previous work completed three years previously for his brother. As the work was completed his demand was denied. Further, complaintant was not the client for that work.
Tax Law Center is not in the habit of hiring CPAs for any of our clients. Tax Law Center does not alter our books in any way. Complaintant refused to understand that flat fee cases are earned in full and simply worked on without individual hours being billed as the fee covers any and all hours worked in the case.
This is an individual trying to demand money he did not pay, for work not done for him and attempting to smear a well respected attorney in any way possible to get the money.
