I hope that for $4000 it was worth destroying my faith in any attorney to help me.  You should be disbarred for your unethical behavior.  You took the money, did no services, then lied repeatedly to me, provided two sets of invoices and books, even your own legal secretary hates you.  What price is greed?  Do you have any sense of ethics?  What could you possibly do with a lousy $4000 and destroy my emotional state and upset me so much.  I will sue you in district court not only for the $4000 you stole from me, but for intentional infliction of emotional distress.  I would rather recommend the devil himself than you.  For your lousy $4000, I hope I destroy your reputation (if you had any) and show the public just what a liar and scumbag you truly are.  Oh, by the way, you are open to a huge malpractice lawsuit for lying to me, and I will not rest until justice is served upon you my friend.  If I had to spend $50,000 to ruin your standing in the legal community I would.  I have never met a more disgusting professional in my life.  How you can look in the mirror and have any self-respect is beyond me.  Well, in the end, I hope that the greedy streak in you was worth it.  I mean, $4000 is such a small amount of money to you, I just don't understand you at all.  And you can go to the IRS agents and retaliate all you want, it means nothing to me.  I'm sure you have burned clients before for daring to tell the truth about you, you used to work for the IRS and you know many people there, but from what I hear, they all hate you anyways.  You are an odius creature.  God, if I can convince just one poor soul to avoid you, it will be worth it.  Let me guess, you never took ethics classes in law school, as you would fail miserably.  Well, retirement age is approaching, maybe you'll ride off into the sunset with all your greed and money, and you can laugh at me, but it still doesn't make it right.

Tax Law Center has an excellent reputation and Robert Grossman has been practicing tax law for approximately 40 years without incident.

In this matter, complaintant's brother was already a convicted felon when he arrived in our office in May 2006. The brother contracted with Tax Law Center for $4000 plus the initial consultation and substantial work was done in regard to his tax situation. The agreement was for a flat fee which covers all hours worked. The brother was advised that if he failed to file he risked arrest. The brother failed to head the advice and was subsequently indicted, arrested and placed in the North Las Vegas jail and awaits trail in October 2010. In October 2007 complaintant's mother paid $10,000 towards the brother's defense, this agreement was to be billed on an hourly basis. The brother again declined representation and all unused monies were returned to his mother within days of our being retained. In April 2009, the brother was indicted for tax evasion. In May 2009 complaintant contacted us and demanded monies back previous work completed three years previously for his brother. As the work was completed his demand was denied. Further, complaintant was not the client for that work.

Tax Law Center is not in the habit of hiring CPAs for any of our clients. Tax Law Center does not alter our books in any way. Complaintant refused to understand that flat fee cases are earned in full and simply worked on without individual hours being billed as the fee covers any and all hours worked in the case.

This is an individual trying to demand money he did not pay, for work not done for him and attempting to smear a well respected attorney in any way possible to get the money.

How many ROR reports are you going to file - I suggest you file a report with the Nevada Bar instead of report after report here - You have a better chance with the Bar Association

Just a little advice - never EVER ignore the IRS
