Robert Douglas Ortman National Pen Paid for Order never delivered or processed and nothing but tall tales San Diego, California
This guy Robert Douglas also says his company is called National Pen. He is not affiliated in any way with National Pen of TN. I thought he was a preferred vendor for Allstate advertising specialties because he used all the "inside" lingo. So I never checked him out.
He will engraciate himself with stories and he seems like a great guy over the phone. I placed an order with him and he simply never delivered. I called and called and called. He never returned my call once he got my money. The weird thing is after I called he didn't even have a phone machine let alone an operator or employee to answer the phone.
I sent him some e mails at first asking him what was up that escalated into "you are a crook". He actually called me back and even responded by e mail with another tall tale and said he was shocked that I thought he was a crook. He said he would get my order out right away, but during that conversation I caught him in 2 more lies but didn't say anything hoping maybe I would get my order.
Another few weeks have passed. No returned call and we never rec'd our order.
