I spoke to a counselor at Kaiser, who looked at Bobby's records...He gave me some advice on how to approach this tomorrow...You need to say all the things about....the pills and weapon...and make sure that you tell them you had to take them away from him to that they put his on a medical suicide watch....he also said that someone needs to advocate for him...make sure you tell them that is under the care of Dr. Allan Graham who is the pyschiatrist....His numer is (303) 367-28--...Tell them that he has been diagonsed with major depression and bipolar and that he is on anti-depressants....ask to speak to the psychiatrist so that you can give him the information directly...also tell the psychiatrist when he was let out in May he became confused about his appointments and when to take his medications....ask the psychiatrist if there is an inpatient program....and tell him that he is going to be out on the street...next week and has nowhere to go....tell them that he was a school principal for special education kids for a long time and that he lost his job to to cutbacks, and lost both his parents...and that he has told you that he is not capable of holding a job.....and that he needs a really structured program when he gets out. The direct number to the counselor that I talked to is (303)650-38--, I think his name is James...I know this is alot of information but the most important information is to give this to the psychiatrist who may not see him immediately, so if you can speak to him directly tell the medical doctor and ask the psychiatrist to call you or me....as well as the medical doctor...when he gets there. You can also give them my number so that I can talk to them.....I know this will help because no one spoke to the psychiatrist on his behalf....last Saturday.....I know this is alot of info...but at least if we get this information to the proper people..I will feel I did everything I could to give him a fair chance, and then it is up to him.....
