Robert E. Cresap Truck Driver Assaulted Me Louisville Kentucky
On a drive from Colorado to Utah, I pulled off to a rest stop so my daughter could use the restroom. A truck driver approached my car, yelling and swearing at me, telling me to get out of the car so he could kick my a**. I immediately locked my car and called the police. He continued to yell obscenities and stand outside my car in a menacing manner for at least 15 minutes as I spoke to police personnel. Eventually the policeman showed up and tried to calm Mr. Cresap down. Mr. Cresap's claim was that I had cut him off, but I don't believe I did so.
Honestly, I was afraid for my life and the life of my daughter. I could not believe a truck driver would behave so unprofessionally.

You call him unprofessional?? Youre the one he was mad at. These guys do nothing BUT drive ALL DAY! Im 100% certain you DID cut him off and more then likely you passed him then cut him off. Maybe take some responsability for your own driving. If he wanted to kick your a** then you probably needed that a** kicked. Im betting youre one of those drivers who thinks the road belongs to them and everyone else is just in your way. Well perhaps others who read this post will see it for what it is. A chickens**t driver who got cornered for thier very poor driving and called the cops to bail him out.
Grow a set and learn to drive. Maybe less truck drivers will want to kick your a** if you give them the same courtesy that you expect on the road.
