Robert Edward Auctions ran their Fall 2018 Auction, the auction was closing Sunday night October 28, 2018 and the weren't working correctly. It took anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour to log into their site, who knows how many bidders walked away or couldn't get in. I tried calling their phone systems every thirty minutes without an answer. The Auction House makes 20% o n everything sold and I'm a small guy who gave them 70 items,
I lost $45,000.00 which was saved in collectibles for my sons college. At first I got a nice e-mail that they were willing to waive the 5% commission they were charging I said no that isn't acceptable, my losses were too great, please send my collectibles back. Now after stalling for over a week they are claiming they are obligated to sell my merchandise, they are liars and crooks!
