He goes by different company names to evade people, he has ripped off I suppose. I would have pursued a criminal trial against this person (easily found guilty of fraud, maybe across state borders) but am moving to London, England for work and its not worth the hassle for me on the $3000 he stole from me.
But wanted to let others know of this person and his different business names so that if he continues his criminal activities they can know about him.
The phone number listed is his cell phone I am pretty sure 3059705336, I am not 100% sure if he lives in NY or Florida or where his business operates. Really everything about this person screams con artist and thief. I know this guy for a few years. He is OK. He did not rip anyone off. Not intentionally at least. You are buying used cell phones. I have dealt with him numerous times (pick up and pay cash) and always merchandise was as described or better. Used cell phone business is not as easy as it seems. He is a good guy.

I have bought numerous cell phones from Robert Eisenburg. He is fair, competitively priced, always goes the extra mile to maintain excellent customer service. I think that this is unfair to slander someone that is a small business owner. If in fact this was a true accusation why wouldn't you want pursue it legally? Doesn't make sense to me. Maybe the person that made the complaint has a personal vendetta against this business owner?!?!?
