Mr. Gatchel, Mr Robert Allen:

Thank you for the email, however,I am a bit, however, confused. I received an email from one of your Financial Advisors, Mosiah Oteo. I enrolled in your program to see if I could earn $24,000.00 in 3 or 4 weeks, back in March 2003. Robert Allen was looking for deserving stories.

Mr. Oteo contacted me and said that I was a representative of Robert G. Allen, and that I was not selected, because I had no funds to work with. I explained to him that my daughter(Erica)had been choosen to sing at Carnage Hall on June 13/17. I told him that I did not have the funds for the airfare or hotel. I was looking to find it thru your program.

I further explained that my mother was very ill and had just come to live with me so I had to go Part time on my job while I got her situated. He (Mr. Oteo) asked me to get prices for hotel and airline. I him that I had a friend to hold a room at the Wellington on her credit card in or to get a good rate. He stated that he would help me get there if he had to use his own funds as his mother had thirteen children, his brother had sang at Carnage Hall and made an album.

Later he called and said that he was told not to get involve personally, but, that he found an organization who would purchase the airline ticket for me and he would give me the money for the hotel, food and to purchase a dress. I explained to him that I would gladly replay any loan made to me. I said that my attorney would draw up a promissory note. I received an email from Mr. Oteo asking me to call him to confirm everything. I complied with his request and he would not return my calls to his cell phone, business phone or email. I later called and was told by his supervisor that he had taken a personal leave. Mr. Oteo, explained to me that he was of the Mormon Faith and would be going on some kind of Missionary experience.

He called the Mormon Church here in San Antonio, and had them to send Elders Barrea and Morreson to my home to share their doctrine with me. I enjoyed talking to them, however, credibility was lost with them and with me. Mr. Oteo claimed that he was coming to San Antonio from Utah to meet and fellowship with us. He never showed up nor did he call to say that he couldn't make it. I am not sure how or if I want to get involved with an organization whose representatives falsely represent himself. I feel that his devious act has cost the opportunity to share in my daughter;s dream. He greatly minimized the need confided to him, or why I reached out to your organization to start with. It appears to be too late for me to raise the 2,800.00 needed to make the trip. I Told the school that I could be counted on to chaparon due to his assurances. Carnage Hall requires the school to have a certain amount of chaparrons in attendance.

I can't share with you the anger and hurt I feel. I not only look bad, but the school as well. It is my hope that this email will be shared with Mr. Allen and he will strongly suggest to Mr. Oteo that he can not play with the lives of people who come to your organization seeking help. Mr. Allen is well known in the financial circles, I have read about him in both the Wall street Journal and USA Today, this type of behavior can not be tolerated and is not acceptable.

Selling the dream, awakening to a harsh reality.

I know what these people talk about. I worked with his brother Enoc in one of those companies that sell business opps ( In other word they sell you the dream with a charge in your credit card). He used to work for FDS (Financial Developing Services ph 801-764-0788) in Orem Utah. Then he allegedlly got involved in a scam where people that have ordered before, and had the credit card on file, were charged again. Seems to be this guy was in cahoots with his team leader to swindle these people because he quit and went to PMG (Professional Marketing Group) in Provo, UT. This place is the one mentioned in the article, that sell Robert Allen Packages and seminars. These companies make a lot of money charging people's credita cards for information they can get for free at the public library. Those coaches are not experts but any guy that follows a currucula or program and 99% of the time those programs do not work !!!. I have first hand experinece on that, I work mostof the time as a setter and as a closer had to paint a rosy picture of the process haw to make money and we will be at their side all the time. Baloney, the "coaches" just finished the curricula and good bye.

This is big business here in UT, the biggest w***e of all is PMI in american Fork, UT. Good luck to everybody, when someone call you about the "success team" know they are going to ask information about your credit cards and how much you got available and they will bracket you (how much you will squeeze out of you). Just my 2 cents.
