Complaint Review: Robert Griswald Ready Made Resources

I paid over $800.00 dollars for a set of night vision binoculars and they arrived broken, and were not the model I ordered. They were in used condition. I informed Robert Griswald of the mistake and he told me the binoculars were the exact model I wanted. I asked to have them returned and he told me I would only get a refund for a smaller amount of money becaue I ordered a less expensive set than what I actually did.

He is a liar and a very arrogant person. I have not returned the brokem night vision binoculars yet and I have contacted an attorney, but he told me I prpbably would not get my money back. I think Robert Griswald is a very dishonest person and I would never deal with him again.
