Robert Grosso A-Quality pool beware of this owner, who promises you everthing but never delivers what you paid for odessa, Florida
Mr. Grosso advertised in the flyer mailed to homes, that he was family owned and operated. Nottrue, he is the only person in this company, and uses sub contractors, who may well have been unlicensed, as the work preformed on our pool was shoddy and unsupervised.
Calls to Mr. Grosso went unanswered, the only time he called or came by was to demand money, before he finished the work.
Any damages or work not done right will not be corrected, told we would have to live with it.
Promises to complete the pool in 65 days, never happened. The company names he used on our pool, {A-Quality Pool & Spas Inc., on contract}{A-Quality Pool,on city inspection }{ A-Quality Pool Services,on City of Tampa permit}were unlicensed/unregistered fictitious company names, which is illegal, a felony of the third degree.
When we tried to with hold money, Mr. Grosso called on the phone and threatened us, with all kinds of action. Even though work was not done to cover the need for the money.
We were left with damages, shoddy work, and told to live with it, and that no matter who we complained too he would never be held accountable, as he had already been that route before and won and would do so again.
Mr. Grosso has now changed the name of his company to Southern Excavating Services LLC, with the state of Florida, but has listed the company name as Southern Excavators, an unregisered/unlicensed fictitious company name in the telephone book.
Complaints to the Department of Business and Professional Regulations were a waste of time, as Mr. Grosso stated to us, he had been that route before and nothing would happen to him.
We would not recommend this person, or company to anyone.
