I was Robert hardys business partner in Houston Texas, we had an insurance agency together and he was always flaky but I over looked it, he had a small church before I met him and according to some of his congregtion, he took money from the church account and used it for personal reasons so they left the church and it folded.
I should have taken that as a warning of things to come...
He met with several of our agents and a family friend of his to invest with him and promised nice returns, he collected the money took half and then moved to illinois leaving me to clean up the mess and didnt do anything he promised these people, im surprised hes still able to do insurance and isnt in jail.
He also borrowed money from his father in law and left him hanging, I would meet with his father in law to let him vent over Hardy. I would also meet with his family friends and listen to their stories about this guy, they would tell me they should have known better.
He wouldnt return anybodys phone calls and even took his social media down, I also noticed he tried to start a website in his name and took that down, im sure his victims were trying to contact him and he is trying to lay low.
His new partner and agents have no clue im sure of the financial ruins he left people in here in Houston, eventually it will catch up with him.
My warning to his new partner is watch him close, he is sneaky and has had a lot of practice at being deceptive!
