I called Galway Co-op to purchase a generator and have it installed. After I purchase it through them I called them several times to arrange an insallation date.  They kept telling me it wasn't in yet. 4 Months later I got a call and they sent Robert Hartwell out to install it. He had no clue of what he was doing.  I kept calling the Galway Co-op and they said Hartwell installed it to Generac's specifications. I complained to Generac and they sent another company to look at it. The tech said both the generator and panel box was wired wrong. I sent Galway Cooprative  the report and they never got back to me. So I did a little investagating. Robert Hartwell is a felon.  I suspect Galway Cooprative knew this but still sent someone with Robert Hartwell"s criminal past to peoples homes.  The owner is a felon also.  Beware!

GREENWICH - A Greenwich man who was released from prison three weeks ago after serving a sentence in connection with a 1996 kidnapping of a young woman was arrested this week on a charge he forced a teen-age girl to have sex, state police said.

Robert G. Hartwell Jr., 27, of 12 Hill St., was sent to Washington County Jail for lack of bail after his arrest on a first-degree sodomy charge.

He was charged after an investigation by state police and Greenwich police into allegations that a 16-year-old girl was given alcohol and forced to have sex with Hartwell on Aug. 10., state police Investigator Hank Abeel said. He didn't know the girl before that night, authorities said.

Officials said he met the girl and two of her teen-age friends as they walked on Main Street, and they accompanied Hartwell and a young man to a rural area in the town of Greenwich to drink alcohol. Hartwell allegedly forced her to have sex in a remote, wooded area later in the evening, authorities said.
