Robert Hoskins OPERATES SEVERAL BUSINESS WITHOUT BEING A REAL BUSINESS (FRAUD) Gilbert Arizona
I met Robert Hoskins a few years ago on his meetup camping group and after getting to know him some I would have to say that his personal and business integrity are nothing to be desired. He kept bragging about his internet business BroadBandExchange.com and how much money he made with it. After doing a little research at the corporation commission I found out that his company Broad Band Exchange, Inc had been dissolved by the commission for failure to report his annual reports a violation of Arizona Law!!
He has probably even failed to report that income to the Department of Revenue.
I also checked out his Front Page PR, Inc. and found NO such registration for that company either. This guy is soliciting money from people for his Solar Publication and has real no legitimate business and works from his house in Gilbert AZ.
I noticed that he has a new meetup group Arizona Solar Society. I checked this out as well and found that the name (a*s) is registered to him. But not yet a real business. The link is here http://images.azcc.gov/scripts/cgi/dwispart2.pl
He has proven to the valley that he is just a big mouth on a subject and he has exploited the Broadband industry and now is looking for Solar Enthusiasts' to exploit.
His a*s' little meet up group is simply going to cause a feeding frenzy among the members and the public. He simply plagiarizes other websites and steals the information claiming to be an expert in the industry. IT IS NOT GOOD FOR ANY INDUSTRY!
As someone who has attended his groups before and got to know him on a personal level, I would caution anyone who gets involved with him.
There are a lot better groups to get involved with and would recommend that you cut all ties with this guy and run to someone with real business experience.

Sad to see the competition spreading false information to try and tarnish our reputation, but here is our response.
We have articles of incorporate filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission for both Front Page PR and the Broadband Wireless Exchange, which is still the largest Broadband Wireless Magazine in the world.
And to set the record straight, the Arizona Solar Power Society is the largest solar association in the state of Arizona with almost 800 members. We have done more solar community outreach programs that any other organization in Arizona.

Perhaps this poser should point out who the better groups are in town are so that we know who she/he works for.
There are many other solar groups in town, but the right way to market an organization is to work with the competition to build a better solar industry in Arizona.
