Complaint Review: Robert Irwin

Surface Magic did a horrible job refinishing my bathtub.  The surface was contaminated and uneven, there was overspray on the tub surround, they missed spots, there were runs in the coating, he touched up with a brush and left brush hairs in the coating, and he spilled solvent on my bathroom floor and did $750 damage to my bathroom floor!  I had to have the tub refinished after paying him $450 for the lousy job he did, and I still need to get the floor that he destroyed replaced.  I am taking him to small claims court for $1,250.
