Complaint Review: Robert Kheen Masonry

I contracted with robert kheen in may to replace front and rear porches and walkway. He required 950.00 deposit to schedule work and gave start date of 3rd week in june. 1st date came and passed no work and no call, I contacted him and told 07/08/04 same situation, 3rd date was 07/15/04 and again the same. I start looking for new contractor when he arrives on 07/23/04 and demo'd front porch, im not convinced of his buss. but i go along with glad to have progtess, terms are 1500.00 due at start U.S.A.
