Robert Kirchman - Kirchman Associates Scam, Fraud, False Representation, We got scamed by robert kirchman Staunton Virginia
Robert Kirchman of Kirchman Associates is a frauder and a thief!

I found a picture of Robert Kirchman, take a good look at this criminal.
Robert Kirchman frauded our company by providing architectural renderings that were not his and tried to scam us out of $10,000.00!!! Luckily for us, the real illustrator was able to contact our firm, because he saw his own renderings on our website!
We have warned the New York Society of Renderers and the American Society of Architectural Illustrators as well as local law enforcement, they informed me that they were currently pursing Robert Kirchman in other matters and that they were not surprised due to his background!
Robert Kirchman also tried to get our firm to invest in a phony project based in Japan. he tried getting his hands on $100,000!
What-ever you do... do not hire this firm, they just steal from others and I also suspect that they are involved in fraudulent investment schemes. Report this con to the police!

I have worked with Bob Kirchman since 2004. I personally know his illustrations is HIS own creation! I have watched him many times put in his final detail work. Scanned them and emailed the final drawings to many of his clients, all of which loves HIS work. He also teaches some of the architectural college students durring their summer breaks. I have scanned for those college students as well. I recommend Kirchman & Associates to anyone that wants a rendering that comes to life as you view it. HE does exceptional work!

Steven, the accuser, says he found another report... just happens that it was filed the next day after his initial report... hmmm. Sounds like Steven might be an angry client who's upset he has to actually pay for having custom illustrations made of his project. I assume Steven had a contract for $10K (agreed to, so what's the complaint? you're complaining after the fact about the amount?). Steven hired him, Robert delivered the illustrations, Steven paid him and used the illustrations, what's the complaint? Is it that Robert sub'd some of the work out?. $10K is certainly within the norm of what illustrators charge and does not require any '!!!!'.
If the illustrations are on Steven's website, Steven must be happy with the result. Maybe Steven can provide us with the url so we can see and judge them for ourselves?
Finally, shouldn't the illustrator who's illustrations were supposedly 'ripped off' be making this complaint?
As former President of the New York of Society Renderers, Inc., an Architect and illustrator myself, I can say without question that Robert is one of the finest Architectural Illustrators in the United States. His work has been an inspiration to myself and I'm sure many others. In casual conversations with other illustrators Robert's name comes up on many occasions as one of the "great illustrators" or "finely detailed work' within our profession. One only needs to look at it his work to understand this. I would encourage anyone interested in hiring him as an illustrator to not hesitate. I certainly hope that this unsubstantiated claim doesn't actually damage Robert's business.

Robert Kirchman has personally responded to my posting!
It seems that Robert Kirchman has stepped up his efforts!
He mentions about working with a Canadian TV show W5. My guess that it is a way to enforce his strong arm techniques to extort money!

Anybody who recieves an email from this person, please email the headers of the email to the Virgina Attorney Generals Office so they can track where the email is comming from.
In addition Robert Kirchman writes I am an employee of infotel...I researched this company, they seem to be some type of scammy telemarketing firm...whether this is true or not I am not sure but I can bet that he has tried to extort them as well! I will be calling Infotel on Monday to report if Robert Kirchman has tried to extort them or not. I will update as soon as I know.
And Robert...since I know now you have read my post, I suggest you stop scamming companies and people like myself! Do us all a favor and turn yourself in, because now you are exposed and I will not rest until justice is brought to you! Perhaps you should call your local Virinia FBI department and find out how "clean" your record really is! How can you live with yourself? How many companies have you extorted? Don't you realize that your ruining peoples lives? Well maybe I don't have the power to place handcuffs on you, but rest assured there are several hundred people who will!!!
