There will be a business owner of Delta Recycling Service of Pine Bluff Arkansas. Robert Knott he is the owner of this roll off dumpster company in Pine Bluff. He is not properly licences or have the permit to operate in Arkansas. This company is currently under investigation with Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. For not having a solid waste permit and illegally dumping, burying and burning trash and debris. Below is an email of what each surrounding state needs to be aware of. Delta Recycling Service does not hold the proper permits to recycle and/or haul trash in the City limits of Pine Bluff. Allowing this company to demolish your property(s)or place black boxes DRS on your construction site may place your company's community rapport in jeopardy.
Delta Recycling Service makes claims of abiding by AEDQ requirements. They do not comply. They collect hazardous materials, household and business trash as well and most of the debris they have from demolitions e.g.. buildings, houses.
They does not take to a landfill. Instead Delta Recycling Service buries or burns it at a site 2315 West 6th. This company has over 20 acres of land at this site. They use a machine and dig a 15 to 20 foot hole and what ever content is in the black DRS dumpster is dumped in this hole and buried.
In our opinion Wxxxx Mxxxxxxxxx is highly qualified to dispose of anything in thier own landfill. Outside of the city limits.
Waste management assures the citizens of Pine Bluff that they will not be harmed when trashed or debris is disposed of.
Delta Recycling Service does not and can not assure this. Thier operation is an eye sore and they are not equipped or qualified to handle such debris, hazardous materials and/or household trash to this magnitude.
Contaminating the air by burning debris and contaminating the ground by buring hazardous materials. Delta Recycling Service need to be shut down or forced to operate on the same level as Waste Management. Thank you
