Robert Kramer & Associates, Bob Kramer, Ariel Properties are all one in the same a scheme and scam to manipulate you to purchase properties for a fee at the auctions all while rigging the system so you lose all your money invested and he profits in collusion with the other greedy and slimy scoundrels at the auction and court house steps.

Don’t be fooled by his Santa Claus appearance he is not the jolly friend you want to be acquainted with.
