We bought a vehichle through them in November and tried to take it back a week later. We have had nothing but problems with it since we got it and they don't care and will not do anyything to resolve this issue.

The bad thing is we bought it through special finance through the miles program (husband is military) we have 3 small kids.

No one has record they cannot tell me if it is covered, the trany is going out the fuel pump there is a knocking noise when you turn the wheels for which I was told that there was a recall that they could care less if it gets resolved and I was never notified I had to find out on my own. The air or heat cannot be run bc it smells like mildew/mold. And to much more to list this is an 2003 dodge grand caravan we are talking about. We are now left with no choice but to voluntarily give u the vehichle and be with out one,bc we cannot pay 408$ per month for something that is a total piece of crap.
Andeven more disturbing there are several other military families that have very similar horrible experiece with this dealership. Military or not I don't care who or what you are no body deserves to go through this!!!!!!!!!!!

I read your comments with interest. First I am confused at how if you had the van less than or within a week did you not notice these issues when you test drove it. I am sure there was some indication that there was a problem. After all cars just don't start up and automatically have issues.

Second, any used car you take for a used car preinspection prior to paper signing, I sure won't buy a car unless I know what is wrong, what is going wrong, and what might have happened/history wise.

The heater issue didn't you try these things?? What type of preinspection did you do? did you even take it for a drive?

Try calling another dealership to inquire about the recall issue or you can go to the NHTSA website and look it up.

While I am very greatful for your husbands service, I can't turn my back from you trying to blame someone else for something that you did/didn't do. Perhaps I am not getting the full details?

I wish there was an avenue so that we could talk about this personally and see if you have any possible recourse. Perhaps you could place a listing on Craig's and exchange information that way.

However, if you chose not to do that I understand. I would just like to help. Take care and tell your husband thanks!
