I purchased a RCA MAVEN 11.6 " TABLET from Walmart recently and in less than a month and with minimum use, the screen cracked while plugging it in to recharge. I contacted RCA and was directed to send it back to Venturer Electronics in Lockport, NY. I sent the tablet on 9/2/2016 and I still haven't heard from them yet nor have I been able to contact them. After trying to find contact information, I came across this site and found out that I'm not alone. I will NEVER, EVER purchase another RCA product.
