Met him at property to discuss installation of insulation and sheetrock. He drew up a contract that we agreed upon. I went to the bank and withdrew said amount on October 24, 2017. He gave me a written receipt, which I can't seem to find. He was supposed to bring me a copy of the work order but have not seen or heard from him since he got the money. Theres no sign of im being n the property since either.
