Robert Moreno Insurance aka RMIS and ALL of their "agent" are rude, aggressive, deceitful liars that will ignore you and pass you off to a voicemail. I have to call about 10 times before I might be lucky to reach an actual person, who will only just have a SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR TOWARDS ME, treat me like s**t, and then hang up on me, and nforce me to go over all of their. Voicemail promts again! To get no where with them! But EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET!
