We purchased viatical insurance policies from ROBERT P. KELLY of ROBERT P. KELLY FINANCIAL iNC. of Wilton Manors, Fl. and shortly after purchase, were notified by attorneys who were overseeing the policies we bought that we would have to pay "service fees " to them quarterly which would exceed the amt...we could expect back from co we bought into thru kelly. total we could expect back would be 7-8% of our total investment, which would be a few thousand dollars....we paid about $1600 in attorneys fees in addition to the purchase price of policies! Kelly got his commission and cannot believe he did not know this company was going under....He is an insurance broker and before presenting a company for customers to buy, would think one would investigate it....We want our money back...don't care where it comes from, but are furious....Be careful out there...He has a FINANCIAL CO. AND A WINDOW INSTALLATION CO...????? ROBERT P. KELLY FINANCIAL, INC. AT 954 568-4910---WINDOW CO.
