Robert Peterson - Handyman "One Stop Maintenance" called me for help knowing they were never going to pay me. Redmond, Washington
I provide Handyman Services to businesses and individuals. I fix leaky faucets, electrical problems, door that do not open, install store shelving, etc. Kerrie Boggs called me from One Shop Maintenance asking if I would go fix a leaking
faucet at one of their customers called Gymboree in Everett, WA. Kerrie told me what they would pay per hour and pay for travel. She would send me a work order via fax and how to phone in when done to get a completion
number to put on my billing. Before I would be paid I had to return paper work being sent along with a copy of my bond and evidence of insurance. I repaired the faucet and completed the paperwork. I received another call to unclog
a drain in the restroom of another Gymboree. Then another Gymboree that needed a new hot water heater which I bought and installed, after submitting specification and submittals which were returned approved.
Finally I started calling to get paid and was referred to Sharine in payables who would get back to me (never did after 6-7 tries.)I called and complained to the operator who introduced me to Martin who said he was the boss and in charge of
vendor relations and he would solve my problem. I never heard from Martin and left him many voice mails. You see when you call in they ask why and who. Once they find out your name, you only get a voice mail and never connect to who you want to talk to. I had the same scenario with Amanda Mango who call me and had me repair another plumbing problem at another Gymboree. When calling Amanda she said to call Carlos who approves all payments. Carlos will not return my. I now have the feeling that possibly all names and titles are made up for the sole purpose of stringing you along until you finally realize that their sole purpose of deception from the very start.
