Complaint Review: Robert's Cottages

I am doing this for my dear old dad who is disabled. The property had some kind of water main break and all the employees ...the caretaker and office were very non responsive and not at all helpful. Water swirled all around the cottages getting several feet deep. The water was turned off for hours. You were not able to drive out and according to my dad everyone was just basically told...oh well you deal with it. The city dropped by with water bottles about 30 minutes before the water was turned back on. 

We get it's not there fault. What is unexcusable is the lack of customer service or help. They certainly did not want to get involved or come out and help. Their office is in a different city. 

Now onto the caretaker guy. My folks caught him at night several times trying to look in their windows under the pretense of guarding the property. Also one of the ladies near them said he delivered mail to them at 9:30pm and knocked loudly on the door. Really? 

My dad has mobility issues and my folks were constantly hassled all week about bikes, towels, beach stuff not being properly put away. They said it was more strict than Catholic Church Camp. He would stop by daily to harrass them about something and told them they were put on notice. If you knew my folks you would find this to be impossible. Very rude and unfriendly and creepy lurking about at night. 

They will never go back and have emailed all 748 of their facebook friends and I have emailed all 1, 323 of mine about this place. DO NOT GO.
