I needed a battery charger for my business camera.
I went to Robert's Photo. I asked for a particular one..but he said they dont carry it. so he offered a different one. i said it dosent look like it works he assured me it did. i purchased it,brought it home... and guess what! it didnt work!

I went back the next day, with product and reciept in hand. Explained the problem he said that it does work... i asked him to test it in front of me and he replied "You Stupid B**ch it does work im not refunding anything."

I told him i will call the BBB and he just laughed and said "goodluck b**ch". I walked out calmly but now im stuck with this garbage, out of hard earned money (i cant afford another charger) and i was talked down to by a slimy jerk.

I also had a negative experince with Robert's Camera. I ordered them to produce a 11x14 print for me. They said that it will be ready in 3 days, I left me information (including the phone number). On the 3rd day I come in for my print and they haven't even started working on it. I asked the snot-nosed kid about my print and he said that it will be ready in 10 minutes, so I waited.

He began working on my print shortly. When I placed my order I asked specificaly that they wouldnt edit anything since I needed the print for my portfolio. As soon as the kid scanned the transperency he began to adjust the color, add exosure and crop the picture. I told him to stop and to leave it alone since I didnt requested any extra editing, so he did.

The photo came out a little bit crooked on the top-left corner, the kid blamed it on the slide mounting. He printed the photograph on the plain/consumer photo paper and I had paid almost $20 for this lousy job. I will never use their services again so I bought myself a film processor and waiting for the film scanner and a wide-format printer. It will save me money and will make much better prints.
