A company calling themselves Victory Towers in Medellin Colombia is actively ripping off foreign and American expats. The person that is commiting these crimes goes by the name of Robert Shoemaker and claims to have an address in the USA located at 2200 Commerce Tower in Kansas City, Missouri. He runs various ads on Facebook and internet sites that promote his Medellin Colombia real estate project. Do not fall prey to this individual as he also promotes furnished rentals in Medellin. He will take your money and you will never see it again. Numerous people have fallen victim to his scam in Medellin Colombia.

Author to this review has not provided any proof of what the transaction was however we may only assume from other attempts at his personal smear campaigns to destroy our company reputation, that this is only another attempt of extortion for release of the rental deposit for an apartment that was completely destroyed by this tenant. Refer to the photos showing the filth and damage to the property.
We have many content expat and local clients living in our project, both buyers and renters. Many of the persons are retired persons from the USA, that find this area to be a very economic cost of living, as low as $500 / mon after housing, and with temperatures of 70° every day you may understand why this location has become very popular. You may find actual photos of the condo units and the property in our pages (not allowed to include in this report) and we welcome visitors to a personal experience.
In conclusion, the original complaint was only continued libel which is currently under criminal investigation and you may also find that this person has provided no facts or documentation of any of the accusations. A complete report with photos and invoices for the costs of the repair of the damages could be made available for any public official or news media.
